About Me

I am currently a Technical Support Analyst with experience in various programming languages, primarily C languages and ASP.NET. I also have experience with Linux desktops and servers, I primarily use Linux on my home computer and server, I also know how to setup Windows IIS server, SQL servers and SQL databases.

I am also a part-time musician, playing the acoustic bass in an orchestra and the clarinet in a jazz ensemble. Additionally, I am an eagle scout and a black belt, which has helped me exercise focus and discipline in my work and projects. I always am looking to gain more knowledge and learn new things. I am a quick learner and always strive to deliver the best quality work possible. In my spare time I like to play music, make robots with Arduinos, and learn more about programming by making new projects to give me more knowledge and experience.

When I was in high school I got my first experience in troubleshooting in a class where we got calls and troubleshooted over the phone, then if necessary we would go to the classroom and troubleshoot the device or take it back to the office to repair it. They also taught us how to to do patching and tracing network cable routes, some of us even got to have access to the schools web server and do maintenance on it. It gave me a lot of experience in the industry and I use what I learned then in my professional work and troubleshooting.
